The terms and conditions of SG Packers and Movers are as follows:

• SG Packers and Movers or its team members will not be responsible for different kind of damages or loss that happened to your belongings in the event of a natural calamity, unexpected accidents, or sabotage. To avoid any such loss, insuring your shipment is recommended..
• We hold no responsibility to undertake carpentry, plumbing or electrical work. If, in case you need, we may provide considering the availability of the staff with added charges.
• We accept the risk of your materials/goods but there will be no individual policy/receipt that will be given by the insurance company
• With our warehousing facility, we provide storage facility to our customers at a nominal rate. For loading, unpacking, and local delivery, we impose additional charges.
• Getting in touch with us 3-4 days earlier will help in hassle-free packaging and delivery.
• For car or any other four-wheeler vehicle transportation, an adequate amount of Petrol or Diesel is mandatory.

• You can cancel your order as per your wish within 24 hours from the time the order is placed. Cancellation is not taken into account once the goods are shipped.
